  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium warmth. Cook and stir garlic in warm butter till aromatic, 1 to 2 mins. Stir onion, inexperienced pepper, and cilantro into garlic; cook dinner and stir till the onion is softened, 5 to 10 mins.
